Lo promueve la Secretaría de Turismo de México al destacar su delicada elaboración

A través de las redes sociales, la Secretaría de Turismo del Gobierno Federal, promueve la gastronomía de los estados de México, y en la más reciente publicación, destacó Tlaxcala con el platillo “mole negro de huitlacoche”, originario del municipio de Tetla de la Solidaridad.
Para los amantes de la gastronomía tlaxcalteca, se prepara cautelosamente utilizando el polvo tendido y seco del huitlacoche, con masa de maíz y chiles guajillo y chipotle.
