El ayuntamiento de Chiautempan y el registro civil invitan a todas aquellas parejas que vivan en concubinato o unión libre a legalizar su estado civil contrayendo matrimonio a través de la “Campaña estatal gratuita de matrimonios” que se realizará del 13 al 15 de febrero de este año.
La recepción de documentos será a través de las oficinas del registro civil que se encuentran en la planta alta del interior del auditorio municipal “Antonio Díaz Varela” hasta el 10 de febrero, de lunes a viernes en un horario de 9:00 a 15:00 Hrs. y quienes acudan deberán entregar acta de nacimiento de los contrayentes actualizada (de 5 años a la fecha), Identificación con fotografía, 2 testigos para cada contrayente con su respectiva identificación con fotografía, 2 fotografías tamaño infantil, fotocopias de la CURP, en caso de que alguno de los contrayentes sea de otro estado o país, deberá presentar constancia de soltería, si alguno de los contrayentes es menor de edad es necesario el consentimiento por escrito del padre o tutor, si algún contrayente es de nacionalidad extranjera, deberá presentar documento que acredite su identidad y nacionalidad.
Así mismo, para quienes ya vivan juntos deberán presentar constancia de concubinato, para quienes no, ambos deberán presentar certificado médico prenupcial, si fuera el caso de alguno de los contrayentes, deberá presentar copia de certificado de la sentencia de nulidad de matrimonio de divorcio o del acta de defunción.
