Crispín Pluma dirigirá Ixcotla y Alberto Ordoñez en Tepatlaxco

Durante la sesión de cabildo el Presidente Municipal Héctor Domínguez Rugerio, les tomó protesta a los ciudadanos Crispín Pluma Ahuatzi y Alberto Ordoñez De Casa como Presidentes de las Comunidades de Guadalupe Ixcotla y de San Rafael Tepatlaxco, respectivamente, tras ser elegidos mediante usos y costumbres.
Durante este acto los ahora Presidentes de Comunidad, se comprometieron a desempeñar leal y patrióticamente el cargo, así mismo como procurar el bienestar y la prosperidad de los ciudadanos de su comunidad y de este municipio.
Cabe mencionar que el proceso de reconocimiento legal, por ser electos por la vía de usos y costumbres tuvo que ser aprobada por las instituciones legales correspondientes, motivo por el cual el tramite fue largo, y desato distintos conflictos con los pobladores de la comunidad de Ixcotla, y acciones violentas por parte de ellos, tras desconocer el trámite legal que esto conlleva.
Por su parte el Edil, siempre se mostró en total disposición de mediar y solucionar los conflictos, durante el proceso de la resolución. Siendo hasta estos días que la Sala Regional del Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federación reconoce como legitima la elección.
