Bajo los protocolos establecidos en la ley, la Procuraduría General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE) inició con las primeras diligencias que serán integradas a la Carpeta de Investigación correspondiente para fincar responsabilidades por los hechos ocurridos en la comunidad de Santa María Acuitlapilco, en el municipio de Tlaxcala, donde una persona del sexo femenino fue localizada sin vida al interior de un domicilio.
Los hechos ocurrieron la mañana de este 22 de junio, cuando el servicio de emergencias 911 reportó el hallazgo de una mujer que presentaba lesiones en el cuerpo por arma punzocortante al interior de un domicilio en el fraccionamiento Las Animas, de la población referida.
Por este acontecimiento la Policía de Investigación acudió al lugar e integró un plan operativo para realizar las diligencias correspondientes del levantamiento del cadáver, al tiempo que lo trasladaron al Servicio Médico Forense (Semefo) a fin de practicarle la necropsia de ley.
De la misma manera el grupo multidisciplinario se encuentra recabando información esencial que será integrada a la Carpeta de Investigación, a fin de determinar el móvil de los hechos.
La Procuraduría General de Justicia del Estado, garantiza utilizar todos los instrumentos legales a su disposición, así como agotar todas las líneas de investigación con el propósito de esclarecer este delito.
